The apartment is great for one or two people, with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, air conditioning, smart TV and high-speed wifi. You cannot choose a more convenient, central solution with lots of privacy.

The studio apartment is on the ground floor in a quiet setting, it is the ideal solution and comfortable base for those seeking a relaxing stay away from the crowds of tourists, cozy and well served. Entry to the house is regulated by a self check-in device that gives great freedom of access to guests. You will find a cozy double bed for a rejuvenating rest, a fully equipped kitchenette to prepare your meals, and a modern and functional bathroom.
Recently furnished with love and care, the studio apartment has all the comforts of home in typical modern urban style. The house has air conditioning to ensure the ideal temperature in summer.
Station 5 offers everything you need for laundry with a washing machine, clothesline, iron, board, detergent.
The kitchen has all appliances: espresso machine, kettle, oven, and refrigerator.
The spaces in Station 5 have been optimized for a pleasant stay without giving up anything, free high-speed Wi-Fi complete the offer.
Hospitable Homes welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.
Guests are advised that air conditioning is available only from June 1 to September 30.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor, except for some locked cabinets.

- PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL:
This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmed reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests.
A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest.
Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by regional regulations and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent in the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- FACILITY ACCESS:
This facility is equipped with self check-in, i.e., complete autonomous entry. Two days prior to arrival, instructions will be sent.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM with remote assistance until 9 PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10 AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or linen change during the stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited within the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A penalty will be charged in case of violation.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay.
