THE SPACE:
Casa Park View is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a modern, very quiet apartment building. Park View is located in a green area, on the 6th floor with lift, well served, ideal for short or longer stays. Upon entering you enter the living room with balcony, sofa bed and large relaxation area with television and dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and everything included in the CaseOspitali welcome kit. The furniture is typical Italian, authentic and homely.
The hallway leads to the bathroom with window equipped with washbasin, WC, bidet, shower cubicle and washing machine. From here you enter the first double bedroom, which is spacious and has a private terrace. The second bedroom has 3 single beds, a private bathroom and a large desk convenient for smart working.
The flat is easily accessible by car, and parking is always possible in the nearby streets.
The spaces in Park View have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving anything up. In fact, there is even a wardrobe wardrobe and a shoe rack for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the offer.
Being on the sixth floor, the flat is very bright and enjoys a beautiful view of the large park below, a green lung equipped with modern and spacious children's playgrounds.
The flat is equipped with plenty of baby and family equipment to make the stay easier for those travelling with their little ones: there is everything needed to accommodate a baby.
PLEASE NOTE: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire three-room apartment with balcony which is located on the 6th and last floor in a residential setting.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.

- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in, i.e. entrance in complete autonomy. Instructions will be sent two days before arrival.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 9PM.

- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.

- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.

- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.

- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.
