Orso7 is in the historic centre, overlooking a quiet and characteristic inner courtyard on one side and the picturesque Moline canal on the other. A comfortable and cosy flat on the 2nd floor, it is on two levels, ideal for a couple. You can also sleep in two separate beds and your pet will always be welcome. Air conditioning and a whirlpool bath are waiting for you to relax after strolling through historic Bologna and enjoying the delicious dishes of Emilia-Romagna.

THE SPACE:
Orso7 is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is on the 2nd floor with lift in a renovated, quiet house in the historic centre of Bologna, and is ideal as a comfortable base for those seeking a relaxing stay that is both quiet and well served.
Furnished with love and attention, the two-room apartment has all the comforts of home, in typical Italian chic style. As soon as you enter you are in the living room with a large, comfortable sofa bed with television and kitchen with all appliances. A staircase leads to the loft with the double bed, walk-in wardrobe and the elegant bathroom.
The kitchen has all appliances: espresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer.
The spaces in Orso7 have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving up anything. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, a Jacuzzi and air conditioning complete the offer.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.
Guests are informed that there is a key-operated service lift, for possible use please contact the House Manager.

Guests have the entire two-room apartment on the 2nd floor at their disposal.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Questura (Police Headquarters) as provided for by regional regulations and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in via the Vikey system: the door in the street opens digitally. A charged mobile phone with an active data connection is required.
Access instructions, with explanatory video, are sent AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To open the flat door, take the keys from the numeric combination box. The code to open the box will be provided to you two days before your arrival.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM with telephone assistance until 9PM.

Baby bed 0 to 2 years on request with supplement.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

Via dell'Orso is a pedestrian side street of Via Indipendenza, the main artery of the city centre. Its strategic location makes it a few minutes' walk from both the central railway station and the heart of the city: Piazza Maggiore.

MOVE AROUND THE AREA:
Orso7 is centrally located in the city of Bologna. You are in the heart of the historic centre and at the same time close to all public transport services.
It is very easy to walk to the train station in a few minutes.

- BUS: There are several bus stops within a few minutes' walk from Via dell'Orso. We recommend you visit the page Tper to determine your ideal route on the site and for full details of stops and timetables.
Bologna's only airport is Guglielmo Marconi Airport. It is an international airport that can be reached by taxi, or by bus from Orso7.
It is 9 km from Orso7 and can normally be reached in 25 minutes by taxi.
By bus you have several alternatives, you can also take the shuttle bus that connects the train station to the airport in 25 minutes and runs quite frequently. We recommend you check the possible routes with Google Map.

- PARKING: Bear in mind that Orso7, being in the centre, is within the restricted traffic zone.
The historic centre is equipped with electronic portals that will take your car's number plate at the entrance and, if the municipality does not find your number plate among those authorised, it will send you a fine.

The nearest car parks to Orso7 are:
Parking Piazza VIII Agosto: open 24/24 - 7/7, located 350m walk from via dell'Orso. This car park is NOT in the restricted traffic zone so will not issue any permits, you can get there without any problems. It is an automatic car park and relatively inexpensive.
Garage Bologna: Via Riva di Reno, 75/2 - open until 1.30am - in the restricted traffic zone, can issue a permit, located 300m from Orso7 - rates according to car type and parking time.
