In the quiet via d'Alviano, in a complex of elegant 1970s buildings surrounded by greenery, is Frattini Flats 15. New, bright, with a large terrace, perfect for a family of 4, it has a bedroom with en suite bathroom, equipped kitchen wall, living room with relaxation area and TV, sofa bed and dining area. Charmingly furnished, it has all the comforts of home. Well served by shops, supermarkets and restaurants, it is a ten-minute walk to tram 14 to the Duomo, passing through the centre.

THE SPACE:
Frattini Flats15 is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is on the 2nd floor with lift, in an elegant and quiet building, it is ideal as a comfortable base for those seeking a relaxing stay away from the crowds of tourists, central and well served. The entrance to the apartment is regulated by a self check-in device which gives guests great freedom of access.
With touches of young and easy interior design, it has a perfect optimisation of space for both the living area and the sleeping arrangements. All electrical appliances are in the fitted kitchen wall, there is high-speed wifi in the house and everything for doing laundry in the washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, in the bathroom hairdryer and everywhere air conditioning in summer.
Recently furnished with love and care, the two-room apartment has all the comforts of home, in typical modern elegant style. The living room is an airy and very bright space thanks to two French windows; here there is a relaxation area with television and sofa bed and the kitchen area with access to the large balcony.
The sleeping area has a room with light furnishings designed especially for travellers: the double bedroom with access to the terrace and en suite bathroom, complete with washing machine.
The terrace is furnished with comfortable chairs and small table and allows you to have a coffee in the relaxing green surroundings or read a book in peace.
The kitchen has all appliances: espresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, oven and fridge with freezer.
From Frattini Flats you can get around by public transport throughout Milan, the location allows ample freedom to reach the centre with tram 24 just a short distance away or by taking the MM4.
The spaces in Frattini Flats have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving up anything, free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the offer.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room flat which is located on the 2nd floor with lift, after passing the door, Frattini Flat 15 is the flat on the left.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in via the Vikey system: the door in the street opens digitally.
A charged mobile phone with an active data connection is required.
Access instructions, with explanatory video, are sent AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To open the flat door, take the keys from the numeric combination box. The code to open the box will be provided to you two days before your arrival.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM with telephone assistance until 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel for your first day's stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Just a 15' walk from Frattini Flats you'll reach the Naviglio Grande from which you can take a relaxing stroll, a bike ride or stretch out with a jog. Places of all kinds are within walking distance, such as the area famous for design, museums and iconic sites: the Tortona-Savona area.
This flat offers a comfortable base for those who want to leave their suitcases and go out to explore the city, and then return after shopping and museums.
Piazza Frattini is the centre of life for the entire Lorenteggio district because of the urban position it assumes with respect to the surrounding high-density residential fabric, with a strong concentration of economic activities and with the important presence of the church of the Immaculate Conception with the adjoining Padre Monti Institute on the square.
The Jewish Quarter south of Piazzale Bande Nere is a place with a unique atmosphere in the city, especially during festivities such as Rosh Hashanah (the Jewish New Year) and Hanukkah (the feast of candlesticks). It extends to Washington Street and is home to both secularised and Chassidic communities, of Sephardic or Ashkenazi origin. The presence of kosher restaurants is strong and the settings of bars and diners range from the ironic to the exotic. It is also the only place in Milan where you can enjoy bagels and pastrami the New York way!
Hidden among the residential buildings to the north of the square is the small church of Molinazzo, an ancient oratory that was originally part of a farmstead probably founded by the Templars in the Middle Ages.
Then there is a curious corner where the streets bear the names of flowers and are surrounded by terraced houses: this is the Villaggio dei Fiori (Village of Flowers), a social housing project that arose at the end of the Second World War to accommodate people displaced by air raids. It is located near Lorenteggio and will soon become an open-air art gallery thanks to the creation of 38 large Olympic-themed murals in view of the 2026 Milan-Cortina Winter Olympics.
The Bande Nere / Inganni district also offers many green spaces, including the garden dedicated to the writer Alberto Moravia with fine tree species, including the Atlas cedar. A short distance away is also the Parco delle Cave di Baggio, a marvellous green lung with artificial basins and urban gardens.
The neighbourhood is also strategically positioned for access to the Tangenziale Ovest (Western Ring Road), which in turn is well connected to the main motorway networks such as the A8 to the Lakes and the A4 Turin-Trieste.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
To reach the flat by public transport the ideal choice is to arrive at Cadorna (MM1 and MM2, Malpensa Express, all connected railway stations) and take bus 58, which after 12 stops (20 minutes) arrives near the flat.
