The flat is in an elegant and quiet building and is ideal as a comfortable base for four people looking for an authentic stay away from the crowds of tourists.
Recently renovated it has all the comforts of home, in the typical architectural style of the Italian 70s. As soon as you enter you find the living room with access to the small balcony, a table in front of the kitchen for dining, a sofa and a smart television. In the kitchen area you find all the appliances: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Some classic furnishings take us back to our grandparents' time with the 1940s radio in the hallway! The hallway leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom with a comfortable bed, a large wardrobe and a relaxing rocking chair. The second bedroom has two single beds and a desk for remote work. Then there is the newly redone bathroom, with a shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and toilet. The master bedroom is cosy and quiet, with a large wardrobe and a desk for working remotely.
You can leave your car parked on the street and get around by public transport throughout Milan; the location allows ample freedom to reach the centre and the railway stations.
Nearby there are three supermarkets within an 8-minute walk, a perfumery, bars and pizzerias.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION:
Dimora Tina allows you to live in a residential area identified as one of the most multifaceted, lively and well-connected in Milan: Lambrate.
This is a post-industrial area, which began as a working-class neighbourhood and has become a hub for creativity in the last ten years or so. There are studios, art galleries and many events in converted factories and warehouses. The best thing is the mix between all this lively atmosphere and the feeling of being in a secluded suburb (although not far from the centre) where there is a good neighbourhood. Another special feature is the green Lambro Park where you can walk and cycle along the river.
The 5 things you absolutely must see in Lambrate?
1. La Cappelletta is a home-style trattoria on the corner of Via Conte Rosso, the iconic street of Lambrate. Run by the same family for 30 years, it is a place where not only do you eat very well but where you feel nostalgic to go back to after a while, the guys who work there always have the right word for you and an unfailing smile.
2. 20134 Lambrate, Cecilia di Lorenzo's vintage shop, a fantastic place to find vintage clothes and accessories. A crazy assortment of clothes chosen with the colourful and sophisticated taste that distinguishes the owner. A friend of mine even found her wedding dress in this wunderkammer!
3. Birrificio Lambrate: has been brewing beer since 1996 and has two pubs in the area. Their pub in Via Adelchi is a mix between a classic pub and a pirate galleon, it is impossible to leave without a new friend.
4. Balera dell'Ortica: Founded in the 1960s, it is a bar, trattoria, bowling alley and dance hall; it is particularly magical to see the over-60s dancing to live music together with young people on the open-air dance floor.
5. the Giardino San Faustino in via San Faustino 23 is a shared garden, activated thanks to a regulation allowing non-profit organisations to be entrusted with the management of unused green spaces on public property. They have managed to transform an uncultivated field into a secret garden, full of flowers, trees, aromatic plants, vegetable gardens and light wooden structures. The garden is accessible to anyone at certain times of the day. A real hidden gem.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA:
The area is well served by the metro to the centre: for the Duomo go to Loreto (2 stops) and then another 5 stops on the red line and you're there. With just one bus - line 45 - and a short walk you arrive at the Istituto Nazionale dei Tumori.
For Linate Airport it takes about 30‘ by public transport and just over 30’ to Bocconi University, you can say that Dimora Tina is really convenient!
