Just a few minutes' walk from the centre of the village of Pessano, amidst greenery and farmhouses, is Casa Corte Nuova, a typical Italian flat converted from an early 20th century Lombard courtyard, with its own entrance. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, private garage, large living room and fully equipped kitchen, on 2 floors in a quiet, well-serviced area. It is a comfortable accommodation, with space for the whole family even with a baby or for a group of friends. Pets are welcome.

THE SPACE:
Casa Corte Nuova is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a typical Lombard ‘casa di corte’, i.e. a type of dwelling, with one or two floors, built around a farmyard or a courtyard and which makes up, as an aggregation of several houses, the central nucleus of the village.
Casa Corte Nuova is the ideal comfortable base for those seeking an authentic stay away from the metropolis but, at the same time, Milan and Monza are well connected.
The three-room apartment has all the comforts of home, in the typical architectural style of houses in the province of northern Italy.
As soon as you enter you find the living room with the relaxation area with sofa, smart TV, open kitchen and dining area.
For your stay you will find an espresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
A French window lets plenty of natural light into the room.
On the ground floor is the first bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to the first floor with the sleeping area and the second bathroom with bathtub.
In the master bedroom there is a cosy bed and a characteristic wrought-iron grandmother's basin.
In the second room there are two single beds, a desk for working in peace and quiet and a large wardrobe.
In the courtyard there is a private garage with an electrified overhead door.
Air conditioning, wifi, washing machine and dishwasher complete the flat's offer.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.
The spaces in Casa Corte Nuova have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving up anything, in fact, there is also a wardrobe wardrobe for those staying for a longer period.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the offer.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

Guests will have access to the entire three-room apartment, which is on two levels.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
Case Ospitali staff are available to guests for booking, check-in, check-out and for any contact needs before and during their stay.
A few days before the beginning of your stay, please communicate your approximate arrival time and agree on the actual check-in time by contacting the contact details you will find in your booking confirmation email.
Please note that the scheduled times are:
- check-in 3PM - 8PM, with appointment to be agreed the day before arrival;
- late check-in € 25,00 available upon advance request and subject to availability.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT:
The municipality of Pessano is in the Martesana area, a green area rich in farmsteads, parks, churches and squares typical of the Po Valley. With a bicycle, it is possible to go for long rides in freedom on the cycle paths indicated.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
From Casa Corte Nuova you can walk all around the town and visit the villas, churches and palaces with gardens. The location allows ample freedom to reach the centre and the shops in a few minutes.
Just 5 minutes' drive away is the Gorgonzola green line underground station, which takes you to Milan in half an hour.
