Close to the MIND district, the Milano Laghi motorway and opposite the Milano Certosa station near the Rho Fiera, there is the two-room apartment with garage and garden Casa Certosa&Mind, new and cosy for three guests. Bright, with ground floor access, it has everything you could need for a short or long stay. In the living room with TV you will find a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom with large wardrobe and remote workstation, bathroom with shower and all electrical appliances.

THE SPACE:
Casa Certosa&Mind is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a modern, quiet building. Recently renovated, it has all the comforts of home.
As soon as you enter you find the living room with an open kitchen with kettle, espresso machine, toaster. On the right the bedroom, very quiet, with large wardrobe and small desk. To the left is the bathroom with all sanitary facilities and shower.
In the living room there is a comfortable armchair for relaxing after a day's work or a visit to a trade fair. In the immediate vicinity there is a large superstore with a food supermarket, perfumery, department store, bar and doctor's surgery.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.
The spaces in the Certosa&Mind house have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there are also wardrobe wardrobes for those staying for a longer period.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the offer.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility provides for check-in in presence from 3PM to 8PM.
It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance in order to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request with an extra charge to be paid in cash on arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- PARKING / GARAGE:
Available for a fee on request.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

WHY GO THERE:
Because it is the beating heart of biotechnological progress in Milan and the newest and most futuristic district in the city to see. The Human Technopole (formerly Palazzo Italia) is home to more than a thousand people working on genomic, biological and pharmaceutical research, close to the Tree of Life, the gigantic structure that symbolised EXPO 2015 more than any other, around which concerts and happenings, food trucks and open-air cafés have returned.
At MIND, mobility is strictly electric. You can go on foot or by bike, scooter or shuttle, but if you don't come by car, you have to leave it outside, at the car park in Piazza Costellazione.

The area is well served by surface transport to the centre:
- bus 40,
- bus 57 to the city centre,
- bus 35 and all the numerous trains of the railway to Cadorna
- Garibaldi or Centrale station.
