In the sunny hamlet of Povo, close to the university area, is Casatita, a spacious one-room apartment in a quiet block of flats, the Salè B. Located on the ground floor, it has a private garage and all the comforts of home. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2, smart TV and kitchen area with all appliances. The windowed bathroom has all sanitary fittings, shower cubicle and washing machine, you can enter Casatita with great freedom of schedules thanks to the self check-in. The location is connected to Trento by bus and regional train.

THE SPACE
Casatita is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a modern, very quiet apartment building. Casatita is located in a green area, 400 metres above sea level and well served, ideal for short or longer stays. Upon entering you enter the living room with open kitchen and access to the small balcony. The living room becomes a bedroom by opening up the sofa bed for two.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and everything included in the CaseOspitali welcome kit for your first day's stay.
The furniture is typical Italian, authentic and characteristic.
From the living room there is access to the bathroom with window equipped with washbasin, WC, bidet and shower cabin.
The spaces in Casatita have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving anything up. In fact, there is also a wardrobe wardrobe for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed Wi-Fi completes the offer.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT
The town of Povo is located on the eastern hill of Trento in a sunny and panoramic position at about 400 metres above sea level, on the slopes of Mount Marzola, under the rocky configuration of Dante's profile.
It is 10 minutes from the city by public transport, is also in the centre of two university poles and is close to various research and technology centres.
It is an ideal place for walks in the green and not far from the tourist destinations of Trentino.
In its Piazza Manci are the shops of first necessity such as: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist/, newspapers, restaurant/pizzeria, post office, bank, library.
Scattered here and there are stately villas dating back to 1400/1500/1600 where the Trentino nobility spent their summers in the cool of the beautiful parks adorned with fountains, statues and portals with coats of arms. People come here to rest, for tourism, for studies and university conferences comforted by the greenery and harmony of nature!

MOVING AROUND THE AREA
The town of Povo is located on the eastern hillside of Trento, on the slopes of Mount Marzola, in a sunny position with a broad view of the basin that hosts the city and the mountains that surround it, 400 metres above sea level that create the ideal climate, especially in spring and summer, for beautiful walks in the lush surrounding nature.
Several bus lines connect the town within 10 minutes. In the town square named after the irredentist martyr John. Manci is home to a variety of businesses.
