Casa Valza is a delightful renovated two-room apartment located in the centre of Cernusco sul Naviglio in a courtyard house.
The flat is located on the first floor without lift and has a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV and a sofa bed, all overlooking the balcony.
There is air conditioning in the entire flat and the master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable desk corner.
In the windowed bathroom there is both a shower and a bathtub.

THE SPACE:
Casa Valza is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat, newly renovated and with a balcony, is located on the first floor without a lift and is characterised by a bright open space that embraces and joins the kitchen to the living room.
The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with everything needed for cooking, such as plates and cutlery, pots and pans, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave. The kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine complete the offer and denote special attention to the guest.
The living room includes a sofa bed, smart TV and dining table.
The entire living area overlooks the balcony where there is a table and chairs: here you can enjoy a good coffee and read a book.
The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a large and comfortable built-in wardrobe, a double bed and a nice desk corner for working or studying under the window.
Finally, the windowed bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with mirror, washing machine, WC, bidet, bathtub and shower stall.
PLEASE NOTE: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to the flat at the 1^ floor with balcony.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
The Case Ospitali staff is available to guests for booking, check-in, check-out and for any contact needs before and during their stay.
Please note that the scheduled times are:
- check-in 3PM - 11PM;
- assistance 9AM - 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Casa Valza is located right in the centre of Cernusco sul naviglio, one of the many towns in the province of Milan, and is developed along the Martesana canal.
The development of Cernusco sul Naviglio has been facilitated by the presence of the M2 line of the Milan underground, which makes it possible to reach Milan in just a few minutes.
The flat is also only an 11-minute walk from the M2 metro line.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
The district of Cernusco sul naviglio is one of the many towns in the province of Milan and is perfectly connected to public transport thanks to the presence of the M2 metro line and various buses.
