THE SPACE:
The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a quiet residence in Milan 2, a neighborhood surrounded by greenery and equipped with pedestrian and bicycle paths ideal for those who like to move outdoors.
Recently renovated in a modern style, the accommodation offers spacious and bright spaces. The living room, with an open kitchen and central island, is perfect for cooking and relaxing, with direct access to a long balcony.
The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a modern bathroom with a particularly spacious shower.
Two low armchair beds, suitable for children or teens (not adults), are available in the living room. In case of use by children or teens, there is an extra charge of 15€ per night per guest, to be paid to the property at the time of booking.
The apartment is fully equipped for short or extended stays, offering everything you need to live in comfort.
The location is strategic: just 300 meters from San Raffaele Hospital and about 15 minutes' drive from Milan Linate Airport.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests are advised that air conditioning is available only from June 1 to September 30.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the whole apartment and the balcony. You will be able to go down to the garden for a walk in the greenery.

It is possible to have a free parking space on the property, upon request.
- PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL:
This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmed reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests.
A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest.
Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and eventual payment of the STAY TAX will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- FACILITY ACCESS:
This facility provides in-person check-in from 15:00 to 20:00.
Advance notice of arrival time is required to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. is available upon advance request for an extra fee to be paid on site upon arrival.

- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10:00 am.

- PETS:
Pets allowed for a fee upon request and subject to availability.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or linen change during the stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Hospitable Homes.

- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A penalty will be charged in case of violation.

- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
Milano2 is located in the municipality of Segrate, located in the eastern part of Milan, close to the ring road interchanges and a few kilometers from Linate airport.
The neighborhood was built to propose a quiet and safe residential area with large green spaces, pedestrian paths, bicycle lanes, and car roads. The latter are placed at a lower level than the urban area, so as to limit the traffic impact on the neighborhood.
By public transportation (bus 925) it is possible to reach Milan in a few minutes, and by the “thumb” (bus 923) Segrate and Linate airport.
Bordering the northern part of the neighborhood is the San Raffaele Hospital, a clinical, scientific excellence as well as a hub for higher and university studies.
The neighborhood is developed along a central axis near which are the 28 apartment buildings, businesses, post office, hotel, church, schools, Sporting Club, playgrounds, sports field, basketball court and roller skating rink.
