CASA NINA: romantic nest in an old courtyard in the centre of town

Just a few minutes' walk from the centre of Gorgonzola is Casa Nina, a two-level flat converted from an early 20th-century Lombard courtyard. A characteristic bedroom for two on the mezzanine floor and a comfortable living room with kitchenette, dining area and relaxation area with large smart TV. The internal staircase is easy to access. A bathroom with shower, toilet and window is located next to the living room. The flat is in the centre next to the church, close to shops and a good restaurant.

THE SPACE:
Casa Nina is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a typical Lombard ‘casa di corte’, i.e. a type of dwelling, with one or two floors, built around a farmyard or a courtyard and which makes up, as an aggregation of several houses, the central nucleus of the village. Casa Nina is the ideal comfortable base for those seeking an authentic stay away from the metropolis, in the charming town of Gorgonzola.
The two-room apartment has all the comforts of home, in the typical architectural style of houses in the provinces of northern Italy. As soon as you enter you will find the living room with a cosy sofa, a large smart TV, an open kitchen and dining area. For your stay you will have an espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and refrigerator. A French window lets plenty of natural light into the room. From the living room you access the bathroom with shower, all sanitary facilities and washing machine. A staircase leads to the loft with the sleeping area, which has a maximum height of 160 cm. Here two comfortable beds await you for a restful sleep.
Wifi and a washing machine complete the flat's offer.
From Casa Nina you can walk all around the town and visit the villas, churches and palaces with gardens. The location allows ample freedom to reach the centre and shops within minutes. In the street there are groceries, a good restaurant, banks and a small emporium.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.
The spaces in Casa Nina have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving up anything, where a couple or two colleagues can find a romantic nest.
PLEASE NOTE: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment, which is located on the first floor.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in, i.e. entry in complete autonomy. Instructions will be sent two days before arrival.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 23PM, with remote assistance until 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
The municipality of Gorgonzola is in the Martesana area, a green area rich in farmsteads, parks, churches and squares typical of the Po Valley. With a bicycle, it is possible to cycle freely along the indicated cycle paths.
Just 750 metres away is the Gorgonzola metro stop on the green line, which takes you to Milan in half an hour.
