The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator in a new complex built on an industrial redevelopment. Entry into the house is regulated by a self check-in device that gives great freedom of access to guests.
Recently furnished with love and attention, the large two-bedroom apartment has all the comforts of home in typical modern Milanese style. It has excellent air conditioning to ensure the ideal temperature in summer. As soon as you enter from the balcony, you enter the living and relaxation area with comfortable sofa bed, television and dining area. The kitchen area is in the living room, from here you enter the sleeping area with bathroom and master bedroom.
Casa Watt offers everything you need for laundry with a washing machine, clothesline, iron, board, detergent.
The large closet serves to keep the bedroom tidy and store suitcases and clothes.
The kitchen has all appliances: espresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer.
In warm weather you can have a drink on the relaxing terrace overlooking the indoor garden.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmed reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests.
A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest.
Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and eventual payment of the STAY TAX will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.

- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10AM.
- PETS:
It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the apartment.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Hospitable Homes.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited within the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A penalty will be charged in case of violation.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
Giacomo Watt Street has undergone several transformations over time and is still in the midst of evolution. This street is characterized by an industrial past is now rediscovering a new vocation as a residential and creative area. It is very lively and full of stores and restaurants.
Today the area of historic San Cristoforo (because the district extends as far as the municipal border of Milan toward Corsico if we also incorporate Ronchetto, where today the M4 San Cristoforo station is located) is a pretty suburb with an old and “bohemian” flavor, with many establishments distributed along Via Lodovico il Moro and the Naviglio Grande. Via Pestalozzi is the commercial spine of the “borgo” that runs from the Naviglio into Via Watt.

from the house, always from Romolo you take line 2 that takes you to all train stations ; Cadorna, Garibaldi, Centrale, Lambrate.
A few minutes' walk away, on Via Ludovico il Moro on the Naviglio, is streetcar 2 that goes directly to the Duomo via the center.
