8' from Loreto and 6' walk from Lima metro station, in the elegant and central area behind Corso Buenos Aires and close to Città Studi, there is Casa Mimosa, perfect for a family or group. Renovated with comfortable sofa beds, it has a typically Italian decor between vintage and modern.
The apartment is in a stately and quiet building, it is ideal as a comfortable base for those looking for an authentic stay away from the tourist crowds, central and well served. The entrance is regulated by a self check-in device that gives great freedom of access to guests.
Recently renovated, the three-room apartment has all the comforts of home, in the typical architectural style of the elegant buildings of the Italian 40s. Just entered the living room with a magnificent vintage library 60s Swedish style, dining area with sofas and smart television, balcony access. From the hallway you enter the kitchen with all appliances: espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. In the kitchen you can eat comfortably. To the left of the kitchen there is a bathroom with an anteroom separated by a door to allow the use of the bathroom for two people simultaneously. The anteroom has a large sink and a large mirror, the second part of the bathroom has a new shower, bathtub, bidet and toilet. The double bedroom is cozy and quiet, furnished in an elegant and essential way; a large wardrobe for the clothes of all guests, there is also a chest of drawers available. The storage room is also laundry area, equipped with a washing machine and with the possibility to change shoes as soon as you enter. In the living room you can set up the double sofa bed and a large sofa bed for the 5th bed.
From Casa Mimosa you can move with public transport throughout Milan, the location allows ample freedom to easily reach the center and train stations in a few minutes. The shopping area of Buenos Aires is the longest artery in Europe and you will find all the brands of fashion, furniture, accessories, jewelry, fast food, sports goods, department stores.
Guests will have access to the entire three-room apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator.
For all bookings of more than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning charge must be paid directly to the host.

WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.
Access to the apartment is with SELF CHECK-IN via the Vikey system.
You need a charged cell phone with active data connection.
The access instructions, with explanatory video, are sent after the completion of the online check-in procedure.
Technical support is available until 9 PM.

The staff of Case Ospitali is available to guests for booking, check-in, check-out and for any contact needs before and during the stay.
