A few metres from Pioltello train station and well connected to Milan, is the delightful two-room apartment Le Palme, with garden. THE SPACE:
Casa Le Palme is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in an elegant and quiet building with a lovely communal garden with palm trees. It is located on the second floor with lift. It is ideal as a comfortable base for those seeking an authentic stay away from the crowds of tourists and well served by public transport, supermarkets and shopping centres. The flat is close to the Idroscalo and Linate airport.
The one-bedroom apartment has all the comforts of home, in typical modern architectural style: large windows to let in lots of light, a kitchen block with all appliances, valuable supplies, wifi and smart TV, air conditioning. The furnishings are neat and of excellent quality, and in the bathroom there is a washing machine.
In the kitchen there is an espresso machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, oven and refrigerator. The double bedroom is cosy and quiet, there is a wardrobe for storing clothes and a chest of drawers.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.
The spaces in Le Palme have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, an excellent solution for a period of work away from home, for two colleagues.
ATTENTION: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment, which is located on the second floor with a lift.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in, i.e. entry in complete autonomy. Instructions will be sent two days before arrival.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM, with remote assistance until 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT:
Seggiano is a hamlet located on the eastern outskirts of Milan, in the municipality of Pioltello. This area is characterised by its proximity to the city of Milan, but maintains a quieter and more residential atmosphere.
The location is strategic due to its proximity to Milan's eastern ring road and accessibility via the suburban railway line (S5 and S6), which connects the area directly to the centre of Milan and other locations in Lombardy.
Seggiano is mainly a residential area, composed of a combination of new buildings and more historic housing complexes. In recent years, the area has seen significant urban development with the construction of new flats and improved infrastructure.
It is well served by public transport. The Pioltello-Limito railway station offers frequent connections to Milan and other destinations, making the area convenient for commuters.
The area has various shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. In addition, the large shopping centres in Segrate and Pioltello are within easy reach.
