Casa La Perla is a very classy residence in Cernusco sul Naviglio, ideal for a couple or a family of three. In the elegant condominium on the 2nd floor with lift, a bright living room welcomes you for your relaxing moments. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. A convenient staircase takes you upstairs to the spacious double bedroom area with a desk for remote work and a third bed. Two bathrooms, with shower and with bathtub, and two terraces complete the offer.

THE SPACE
Casa La Perla is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
In our homes you will find a Welcome Kit kindly offered by Case Ospitali, useful for your first day at home.
In the kitchen you will find a sponge, a dose of dishwashing detergent, 2 dishwasher tabs, a coffee pod per guest, tea bags and sugar. In the bathroom one dose of shower gel, one dose of shampoo, 2 rolls of toilet paper.
The flat is in a modern, very quiet apartment building.
La Perla is located in a quiet area of the town of Cernusco sul Naviglio, ideal for short or longer stays. Upon entering you enter the open-plan living room with island and a living area with smart TV.
On the furnished terrace you can relax and have coffee in fine weather.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything included in the Case Ospitali Welcome Kit.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with shower and on the upper floor a second bathroom with a comfortable bathtub. The furniture is typical Italian, modern and luxurious.
The flat is easily accessible by car and parking is possible in the nearby streets.
The spaces in Casa La Perla have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything even for those staying for a longer period: wardrobe wardrobe, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the offer.
Casa La Perla is not suitable for children and pets.
WARNING: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment with terraces, which is located on the 2nd and last floor with the elevator in a residential context.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This property provides check-in between 3PM and 8PM.
Please inform us in advance of your arrival time to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request for an extra charge, payable in cash on arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT:
Cernusco is also known for the elegance of its historic buildings and villas. In addition to the aforementioned Villa Biancani Greppi, seat of the Town Hall and a place where the most important passages of Cernusco's long history can be rediscovered, Villa Alari Visconti, commissioned from the architect Giovanni Ruggeri by Giacinto Alari in the 18th century, deserves special note. A splendid villa di delizia in Rococo style, with an English-style system of avenues and gardens, it soon became famous in the Milanese area, so much so that it was rented by Archduke Ferdinand of Habsburg, son of Empress Maria Theresa. It was his summer residence, in the company of his consort Maria Beatrice d'Este. The last family to own it was the Visconti Saliceto family, while it has been municipal property since 2007. Also not to be forgotten is Villa Uboldo - home of the hospital - which with its lush English garden, now a public park, evokes a romantic atmosphere.
Martesana canal cycle path (accessible to all types of bicycle)
The Martesana cycle path is one of the routes that allow you to follow the history of the Lombardy canals, combining sport and tourism; it runs alongside the course of the Milanese Naviglio Piccolo, a navigable canal that connects Milan with the river Adda, and thus with Lake Como.
It was built starting in 1475 at the behest of Francesco Sforza and completed in 1496: with his innovations in hydraulic engineering, Leonardo da Vinci also contributed to the design of the 'new' Naviglio.
The canal now has an irrigation function but, for centuries, its waters were ploughed by barges that transported men, animals and goods of all kinds between Lecco and Milan in a day: absolutely unthinkable times for transport by land.
As it is a cycle-pedestrian path, on weekends it is much frequented not only by cyclists, but also by families with children strolling along it.
The Martesana cycle path starts at Cassina de' Pomm on the corner of Via Melchiorre Gioia in Milan and extends for 30 km through the municipalities of Cologno Monzese, Vimodrone, Cernusco sul Naviglio, Cassina dei Pecchi, Bussero, Gorgonzola, Gessate, Inzago and Cassano d'Adda.
The Martesana cycle path runs along the right side of the canal, passing through towns and parks and equipped with benches and tables in the cool of the trees. You can then enjoy a picnic in the park and stock up on food and water. There are also a variety of trattorias and DeCA-branded restaurants in Gorgonzola or Cassano d'Adda.
Many patrician residences, 'villas of delight' where noble families spent their holidays in search of a bit of fresh air away from the sultry Milanese summers, have sprung up on the left bank since the 1600s.

MOVE AROUND THE AREA:
The flat can be easily reached by car and it is possible to park on the street and in small free car parks near the house.
Otherwise it is possible to reach Casa La Perla on foot, bearing in mind that it is 20 minutes (1.6 km) from the underground station Cernusco sul Naviglio - MM2 Green Line.
