ACCESS FOR GUESTS:
Guests have access to the entire apartment on the 1st floor with an elevator. They will have free access to the park.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests.
A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest.
Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and eventual payment of the STAY TAX will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility provides check-in in attendance from 15:00 to 20:00.
Advance notice of arrival time is required to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. is available upon advance request for an extra fee to be paid on site upon arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10:00 am.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Hospitable Homes.
- NO SMOKING STRUCTURE:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A penalty will be charged in case of violation.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE QUARTER:
The apartment is a 600-meter walk from San Raffaele, and 1km from the Cascina Gobba MM2 subway station reachable on foot or by bus.
From Cascina Gobba it is 15 min by subway to Milan Central Station.
The apartment is also adjacent to exit 10 of Milan's tangenziale EST.

MOVING TO THE AREA:
Bus stop 925 to Cascina Gobba, where you can take the green subway MM2 to Milano Centrale and Milano Garibaldi.
