Casa Graziella is a lovely, newly furnished one-bedroom apartment with air conditioning and ceiling fan. The apartment is on the fifth floor with an elevator and has a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The living area, on the other hand, includes the single sofa bed, fully equipped and functional kitchen with coffee maker, dining table and a small terrace. Finally, the bright windowed bathroom is equipped with all sanitary facilities, washing machine and shower stall.

THE SPACE:
Casa Graziella is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of apartments managed by hospitality professionals.
The apartment is located in Vimodrone, near San Raffaele Hospital, and is on the fifth floor with a condominium elevator.
The sleeping area consists of a large room with a double bed and a single bed, a large built-in closet, air conditioning and also the ceiling fan. There is also a desk corner where you can study or work near the window.
The living area, on the other hand, features a nice open space with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed.
There is a Nespresso coffee machine with the appropriate capsules, plates and cutlery, pots and pans, gas stove top and microwave oven.
The addition of air conditioning, dining table and smart TV, and the presence of a small terrace makes this space really pleasant.
Finally, the windowed bathroom has a sink with mirror, toilet and bidet, washing machine, and a large shower stall.
WARNING:
- guests are advised that air conditioning is available only from June 1 to September 30;
- the oven is not usable, but there is an air fryer.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment on the 5th floor by elevator.

- PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL:
This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmed reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests.
A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest.
Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and eventual payment of the STAY TAX will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- FACILITY ACCESS:
This facility provides in-person check-in from 3PM to 8PM.
Advance notice of arrival time is required to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request for an extra fee to be paid on site upon arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A housekeeping service or linen change during your stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A penalty will be charged in case of violation.
-PETS:
Pets allowed for a fee upon request and subject to availability.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
The apartment is a 600-meter walk from San Raffaele, and 1km from the Cascina Gobba MM2 metro station reachable on foot or by bus.
From Cascina Gobba it is 15 min by subway to Milan Central Station.
The apartment is also close to exit 10 of Milan's EST ring road.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
925 bus stop to Cascina Gobba, where you can take the green MM2 subway to Milano Centrale and Milano Garibaldi.
