CASA GIULIANA: bright three-room family apartment and garage

20' from Piazza Duomo and 40' from Linate by metro and bus, in a quiet area, there is the three-room apartment "Casa Giuliana" ideal for families and groups. Recently renovated, has a large living room with smart tv, full kitchen, new bathroom with shower, double bedroom with desk, can accommodate up to 5 people. The environment is cheerful and bright, you find private garage, terrace, concierge. For the location, you are very far from the bustle of the city center and all amenities are close by.

THE SPACE:
Casa Giuliana is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in an elegant and quiet building and is ideal as a comfortable base for those seeking an authentic stay away from the crowds of tourists.
Recently renovated it has all the comforts of home, in the typical architectural style of the Italian 70s.
Upon entering you find the living room with access to the terrace, dining area for 5, sofas and smart television.
The hallway leads to the kitchen with access to the balcony, and you find all the appliances: Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator.
Continuing on is the newly redone bathroom, with a comfortable shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.
The double bedroom is cosy and quiet, with a large wardrobe and a desk for working remotely. In the hall there is a wardrobe for storing jackets, shoes and bags.
In the living room you can set up an armchair bed for the 5th person.
You can ask for a private garage for your car and get around by public transport throughout Milan; the location allows ample freedom to reach the centre and the railway stations.
There is a large supermarket, perfumery, department store, bars and restaurants nearby.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.
The spaces in Casa Giuliana have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving up anything, in fact, there are also wardrobe wardrobes for those staying for a longer period.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning complete the offer.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire three-room apartment, which is located on the 6th floor with the elevator.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in via the Vikey system: the door in the street opens digitally. A charged mobile phone with an active data connection is required.
Access instructions, with explanatory video, are sent AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To open the flat door, take the keys from the numeric combination box. The code to open the box will be provided to you two days before your arrival.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM with telephone assistance until 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- PARKING / GARAGE:
Available for a fee on request.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

Casa Giuliana on Via Caroncini allows you to live in a residential area identified as one of the most multifaceted, lively and elegant in Milan. From reaching the Duomo in a few minutes, to the great variety of shops in one of the longest, most beautiful and evocative shopping promenades in the city, from the local bars and restaurants, even exotic ones, to the theatres, to the ancient charm of the famous Piazza delle 5 Giornate di Milano, Piazza del Tricolore or the Rotonda della Besana, or even the general atmosphere of liveliness that gives the neighbourhood a decidedly youthful feel, even though it has a number of fascinating historical testimonies and elegant twentieth-century buildings decorated in Art Nouveau style.
