THE SPACE
Casa Daimò is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a very quiet building. It has been renovated by completely changing the layout of the rooms and optimising it to accommodate temporary guests, but it is also perfect for longer stays. In fact, the kitchen is equipped with every appliance and the house has every comfort.
In the living area there is a sofa bed for a guest, games, books and the television to relax after a day of shopping or visiting museums. The bathroom is an oasis of relaxation thanks to the marine colours and plants on the wall tiles.
In each room there is an area with a desk for working in total privacy, an important element for those who stay in Bologna and have to work remotely.
The spaces in the Dimondi house have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there are also wardrobe wardrobes for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed Wi-Fi completes the offer.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment, which is located on the mezzanine floor, as well as a communal parking space.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
In the lively San Donato district is CUBO (Centro Unipol Bologna), a public space hosting art exhibitions, workshops and live music.
Fiera di Bologna, another large exhibition space, is used for conferences dedicated to different sectors, such as video games and agricultural machinery. The area's informal bars are popular with students, while casual restaurants and street food stalls offer Italian, Chinese and Indian specialities.
San Donato is one of the city's most diverse residential neighbourhoods: young students driven away by the logicless politics of renting in the city centre, elderly people looking for a quiet place for their grandchildren, and a not inconsiderable cultural melting pot of activities and residents from a wide variety of cultures. It is perhaps the most balanced neighbourhood within all these worlds with very different aims and lifestyles.
As soon as you step off the bridge you can find the Mercato Sonato, the name under which the San Donato Market was remade: about 10/15 years ago it was the largest local market in the city, now cultural events, something organic hipster, activities̀ run by young people and the challenge of being an attractive hub for the whole neighbourhood.
