In a courtyard context, in the pedestrianised historic centre of the greenest town in the Milan hinterland, a 5-minute walk from the Cernusco sul Naviglio MM2 metro station, with which you can quickly reach Milan's central station and the city centre.
We can accommodate three people in a cosy one-bedroom apartment recently renovated and fully equipped.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a quiet courtyard, in the heart of the centre surrounded by shops of all kinds.

THE SPACE:
Casa Caramelli is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
Entire flat, living area with equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (can be separated into two single beds on request), bathroom with toilet and bath/shower. Possibility of a third single bed in the living room. Air conditioning available, TV, wi-fi, washing machine.
Ideal solution for pleasant stays not far from the city.
ATTENTION: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire flat on the ground floor which has an independent entrance.
It is not possible to park inside the courtyard.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
This property requires you to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility provides for check-in in presence from 3PM to 8PM.
It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance in order to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request with an extra charge to be paid on arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

DISTRICT DESCRIPTION:
Cernusco sul Naviglio is one of the most beautiful towns on the outskirts of Milan, with a well-kept pedestrian centre, cycle paths everywhere, the Naviglio della Martesana designed by Leonardo Da Vinci, which connects Lecco to Milan with a 50 km cycle path surrounded by greenery. Cernusco is the ideal city for an extended stay during a visit to Milan, perfect for families who want to spend a few days in a quiet and green place close to Milan.
The flat is in a residential area, with easy access to Milan's motorways and ring road. It is 2 km from the M2 metro station with which you can reach the centre of Milan in just 25 minutes.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
The town of Cernusco sul Naviglio is located to the north-east of the city of Milan, halfway to the city of Monza, along the route of the Martesana Naviglio Park, with ample green spaces for pleasant walks.
Connected to the city of Milan by the underground MM2 (green line) in about 10 minutes you can reach the San Raffaele hospital, in 20 minutes you can reach the central station, in 30 minutes the city centre.
The house is within the pedestrian area (ztl) of the city centre, near the hospital, and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from the MM2 (green line).
