THE SPACE:
Casa Amiga is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of apartments managed by hospitality professionals.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people, thanks to a comfortable double bed and a practical sofa bed located in the living area.
The spaces are well organised and harmonious, perfect for couples, friends or small families looking for relaxation, work or simply a pleasant getaway in the surroundings of Milan.
The bathroom, which is spacious and has a window, is equipped with a bathtub for pure relaxation, a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. You will find everything you need for your daily well-being.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, crockery, pots and pans and all the utensils you need to prepare a leisurely breakfast or a special dinner. Fast Wi-Fi and a TV are also available, so you can stay connected or enjoy a film at the end of the day.
Casa Amiga is located in the centre of Cernusco sul Naviglio, a stone's throw from bars, restaurants, shops and the underground station, which provides convenient connections to the centre of Milan.
The location is ideal for both business travellers and those who want to explore the city and its surroundings in total comfort.

PLEASE NOTE: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to the ground floor apartment with a lovely outdoor area.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
The Case Ospitali staff is available to guests for booking, check-in, check-out and for any contact needs before and during their stay.
Please note that the scheduled times are:
- check-in 3PM - 11PM;
- assistance 9AM - 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

Casa Amiga is located right in the centre of Cernusco sul naviglio, one of the many towns in the province of Milan, and is developed along the Martesana canal.
The development of Cernusco sul Naviglio has been facilitated by the presence of the M2 line of the Milan underground, which makes it possible to reach Milan in just a few minutes.
The flat is also only an 11-minute walk from the M2 metro line.
