THE SPACE:
Studio 1 is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a residential area, the Savena district, very quiet and in the countryside. Recently renovated with attention to the quality of furnishings and details, the two-room apartment is perfect for a couple or a family of up to 4 people. You can stay comfortably even for periods of a few weeks. Upon entering, one enters the living room with an open kitchen and a relaxation area with a large TV screen and a dining area with a designer table. The sofa bed can comfortably accommodate two people. The French door provides light and a peaceful view of the interior. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and everything included in the Case Ospitali welcome kit. The living area leads to the sleeping area with a windowed bathroom equipped with washbasin, WC, bidet, large shower cubicle, with fine marble decorations and washing machine.
The spaces in the Studio 1 house have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving up anything. Free high-speed Wi-Fi, private parking space and AC complete the offer.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment which is located on the ground floor (no architectural barriers, no steps) in a quiet and excellent residential context.

For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to the host.
WARNING: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DISTRICT
Near the flat are the Villa Laura private hospital, the Bellaria hospital and the exits for the motorway and ring road.
The neighbourhood is served by every shop, pharmacy, supermarkets, banks, bars and pizzerias. Various green areas and gardens are within walking distance.
Casa Studio 1 is located in the Savena district, a 20-minute drive from Bologna Guglielmo Marconi airport.
The flat is easily accessible by car or by bus (from the Central Station with bus 27 in twenty minutes).
