THE SPACE:
Alice's House is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The three-room apartment is quiet and bright and has all the comforts of home.
As soon as you enter you find the living room with the relaxation area with sofa bed (140x200), large smart TV, open kitchen and dining area.
For your stay you will find espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge.
From the living room you have access to the outside balcony equipped with a small table and two chairs, for a pleasant coffee break outdoors.
All windows have security protection because the flat is on the mezzanine floor.
A door separates the living area from the sleeping area.
In the master bedroom there is a cosy and original bed (160x200), resting on pallets, painted white, which have the characteristic of being sturdy and not creaking.
On the corner of the room there is a reading area with an armchair and floor lamp, a desk with an ergonomic chair, and on the other side of the room, a wardrobe.
The room has a French window opening onto a small balcony equipped with a small table and two chairs and a very convenient ceiling clothesline for hanging out. In the second room there are two single beds (90x200), two desks for working or studying in peace and quiet and a large wardrobe, with all the space you need for a slightly longer stay.
Windowed bathroom with shower, with access to a small service balcony where the washing machine is located.
Communal heating makes the flat warm and cosy, air conditioning in all rooms, board games available for guests and wifi complete the flat's offer.
The flat is in a typical Italian house, in a residential, popular, quiet neighbourhood very convenient to reach every area of Milan by metro or bus.
The building is within a complex of buildings that have almost all been renovated. The last building to be renovated in 2025 is the one where Alice's House is located, which is why it looks a bit ruined on the outside.
Inside, on the other hand, it is perfectly laid out in an informal, youthful style and everything is completely new.
Alice's House is the ideal comfortable base for those seeking an authentic stay away from the centre of the metropolis but, at the same time, convenient for the San Raffaele hospital, the city centre and railway stations thanks to the presence of the green line metro. It is 6 stops to Stazione Centrale, 12 stops to Stazione Cadorna, 9 km to Linate airport and 10 minutes to San Raffaele.
From Alice's House you can reach in a few minutes on foot the Lambro Park, one of the largest green areas in Milan, which contains two areas equipped for children's play, a skateboard track, football fields, various sports facilities and numerous paths for running and walking.
100 metres from the flat is a small shopping area with two bars, a tobacconist's, a bakery, two convenience stores, a stationery shop and the Casa dell'Acqua.
Hospitable Homes welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps and detergents for the first day in the house.

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION:
A middle-class neighbourhood in the north-east of Milan bounded by the green underground line and the Lambro Park, which develops around Piazza Udine, dense with shops, bakeries and bars.
Dense with services and sports centres, it is a desirable residential area with plenty of greenery where life flows peacefully. It is also the easiest gateway to the Lambro Park, one of the largest in Milan, crossed by the watercourse of the same name, currently purified.
The area towards Cimiano station is more popular. It is the point where the green metro emerges on the surface along Via Palmanova.
Nearby, there is also a large school complex of a dozen high schools, technical institutes and lyceums.
Worth seeing is via Feltre, a residential street adjacent to Parco Lambro, with bakeries, kiosks, clubs, restaurants and hotels that terminates in a beautiful complex of brick IACP buildings, which contains a large green space surrounding one of Milan's most beautiful kindergarten complexes, designed by Augusto Magnaghi (Compasso d'oro 1954).
Bordered to the south by Via Pontano, Crescenzago is a strip of suburbia stretching between the Martesana and Viale Palmanova. Perhaps the best way to visit the neighbourhood is to take the green line and get off at Cimiano as soon as the underground resurfaces and walk towards Turro, which was the seat of the revolutionary government during the Five Days of Milan: an old neighbourhood in the process of transformation with a lot of graffiti on the railway bridges and many young people at their first job moving there.
GETTING AROUND THE AREA
At 600 metres is the Cimiano metro station, the first on the surface. Equidistant is the Crescenzago stop, also on the green line.
A few metres from the house is also the station of bus no. 54, which goes to Cascina Gobba and Dateo.
For those arriving by car, parking is free on the street. There is easy parking in the street in front of the house.
