THE SPACE:
Casa Casa Titus is part of the Hospitable Homes network, a network of apartments managed by hospitality professionals.
The apartment is in a modern, very quiet apartment building. As soon as you cross the threshold, you will be greeted by a spacious and bright living room, tastefully furnished and the result of a recent renovation. In this elegant space you will find a large sofa that, converts into a comfortable bed. A large Smart TV with premium services such as Netflix and YouTube will provide you with quality entertainment. The centerpiece of the living room is definitely the charming dining table, made of fine Italian wood, perfect for meals with friends. The living room is enhanced by chandeliers that provide plenty of light and a built-in bookcase that adds a touch of elegance. The two double bedrooms have Memory Foam mattresses and spacious closets, ideal for storing all your belongings and suitcases neatly and comfortably. The bathroom, consisting of a bath and ante-bathroom, offers two sinks for maximum relaxation and well-being, as well as a toilet, bidet and a large shower with overhead shower. The kitchen is large and equipped with all necessary utensils: sink, gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. In the apartment you will also find an area dedicated to smart working, with a comfortable desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi so you can work in peace even on vacation.
The apartment is conveniently accessible by car, and it is always possible
to park on nearby streets.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests are advised that air conditioning is available only from June 1 to September 30.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire three-room apartment, which is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator in a residential setting.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests.
A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest.
Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and eventual payment of the STAY TAX will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in, that is, complete autonomous entry. Two days prior to arrival, instructions will be sent.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM, with remote assistance until 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Hospitable Homes.
- PETS:
Pets allowed for a fee upon request and subject to availability.
- NO SMOKING STRUCTURE:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A fine will be charged in case of violation.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay.

QUARTER DESCRIPTION:
In the Calvairate neighborhood you will find everything you need for a carefree stay: stores, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets and local markets. Via Tito Livio has many stores of all kinds, clothing and laundry right below.
Porta Romana is a neighborhood near Calvairate. This is among the most international neighborhoods because of the presence of Bocconi University and its campus where many students and students from all over the world live. Located close to the Spanish walls dating back to the 1500s, it is one of the city's “food districts,” to be frequented during the day and in the evening for the many restaurants, wine bars, cocktail bars, kiosks and cafes where to eat, as well as a lively weekly market (on Fridays, in Via Crema).
Porta Romana is also traversed by a great cultural ferment thanks to its theaters, cinemas, bookstores and the Fondazione Prada, one of the most important hubs for contemporary art in Milan. Nearby will be the Olympic village for the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics.

MOVING TO THE AREA:
Two streetcars pass through Via Tito Livio: the 5 and the 16.
With streetcar 16, you arrive in the center in half an hour, passing through many typical Milanese neighborhoods.
For Linate airport, you can take two buses, the 93 and the 973 reach your destination in half an hour.
A ten-minute walk takes you to the Lodi subway stop for downtown and the Central Station.
