Reservations through our portal ensures the guest the best rates available, without any booking fee.
All guests who book the structures of the circuit Case Ospitali are required to provide the data of the documents inserting them independently through our portal.
The structures of the Case Ospitali circuit are managed in a professional manner and comply with current regulations.
On the day of arrival the rooms are available from 15:00 to 20:00.
Early check-in (before 15:00) is only available on request and subject to availability.
Late check-in (after 20:00) is only available on request, subject to availability and for a surcharge of 25€ and never later than 23:30.
On the day of departure rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am.
PETS: if allowed, you must pay an extra fee of 25€
ADDITIONAL LINEN: it is possible to request the change of linen (sheets and towels) paying the additional cost of 25€
CLEANING: no cleaning is done during the stay. It is possible to request additional cleaning for a fee.
TOURIST TAX: if required, it is not included in the overnight rates on our website.

Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Cartasì, Eurocard) via Stripe secure circuit.
POLICIES OF CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of standard rate.
- up to 3 days before arrival no penalty;
- within 3 days before the date of arrival the penalty is 100% of the value of the reservation.
Please be aware that in case of cancellation of reservation from our web site, we will apply a charge fee of 3% of the reservation value, for a minimum of 5€.
In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure will be charged 100% of the cost of the stay.
