In the residential area of via Palmanova, served by the MM2 line Crescenzago stop (500 metres), is the original Casa Milangeles. Perfect for a couple, it is eclectically and colourfully furnished with references to art and cinema and displays vintage pieces such as an authentic 1970s record player. On the ground floor, the living room has a comfortable sofa, a round table, an equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with a large wardrobe, a windowed bathroom and an outdoor space for the summer.
THE SPACE:
Casa Milangeles is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The two-room apartment is spacious and airy, and the vintage-style furnishings take us back to the atmosphere of the 1970s and 1980s.
The ground-floor entrance guarantees maximum privacy for guests.
As soon as you enter, the bright living room welcomes you, complete with everything, ready to prepare dinner or relax with a good book on the sofa. In the kitchen area you will find electrical appliances, a kettle and Nespresso coffee machine and colourful dishes for eating.
The spaces in the Milangeles house have been designed and optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there are also wardrobe wardrobes for those staying for a longer period. Air conditioning and free Wi-FI complete the offer.
ATTENTION: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.
ACCESS FOR GUESTS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor in a residential building context.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility provides for check-in in presence from 3PM to 8PM.
It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance in order to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request with an extra charge to be paid in cash on arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.
DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Via Palmanova is a long artery connecting the centre of Milan with the north-eastern districts of the city.
- Residential and Commercial: Via Palmanova is a predominantly residential street with numerous buildings and apartment blocks, but it also has a good amount of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, making it a lively and well-serviced area.
- Transport: The area is well connected thanks to the presence of the M2 metro line, with stops such as Cimiano, Crescenzago and Udine located nearby. In addition, there are several bus lines that cross the street, facilitating travel both to the city centre and to the suburbs.
In recent years there have been several urban redevelopment projects that have improved the appearance and liveability of the area. New residential and commercial buildings are springing up, making the area more modern and attractive.
Despite being an urban area, there are several green spaces and parks nearby, such as the Lambro Park, which offer opportunities for outdoor activities and relaxation.
