Bright open space attic ideal for 2 people, between Città Studi and Linate airport, on the top floor. Entering left into the living room with small balcony, there is a kitchenette equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge, table and chairs. In the living area there is a smart TV and a double sofa bed (140x200). Continuing we have the double French bed (140x200), at the end the windowed bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine. Equipped with air conditioning.

THE SPACE:
Inside, the flat, arranged all on one floor, shows itself as a very well-furnished open space with an essential and fresh style: the bedroom is separated from the living room by a wooden partition. The living room, dining room and kitchenette are all arranged sequentially in a single room with parquet flooring. The heating is independent; there is air conditioning.
The large windows and the French window in the living room that opens onto the terrace allow the light to illuminate all the rooms of the house very well; the blackout curtains allow perfect darkening for the night.
The kitchen is furnished with the essentials (plates, cutlery, casseroles, etc.) and is equipped with an induction hob, oven and coffee moke.
Among the various comforts of home in addition to WIFI: smart TV in the living room, hairdryer and washing machine in the bathroom, iron.
The "French-style" double bed is 140x200 cm; it is also possible to set up a second bed (also 140x200 cm) by opening up the sofa bed.
The attic is ideal for two people and is also suitable for couples with two children.
PLEASE NOTE: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

ACCESS FOR GUESTS:
Guests will have access to the entire flat.
The mansard is located on the 5th floor and can be reached by lift to the 4th floor and then by a double flight of stairs.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility provides for check-in in presence from 3PM to 8PM.
It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance in order to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request with an extra charge to be paid in cash on arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

In the midst of some of the city's most important and beautiful historical neighbourhoods, such as Città Studi, Porta Venezia and Ortica, Mansarda Sismondi is located in a residential and quiet area but still within walking distance of the city centre. The street also crosses the well-known Via Lomellina, a wide tree-lined boulevard full of boutiques and shops.
