In the lively neighbourhood of No.Lo., revalued for its ethnic-Milanese mix, in a 20th century building, there is the three-room Stone Flat on the mezzanine floor with independent entrance. Perfect for family or friends, it is furnished with colourful design and stone decorations. Two bedrooms, strategically located for Piazza Loreto and within a few metro stops you are in Duomo and Stazione Centrale. In the living room a French sofa bed, equipped kitchen, large double bedroom, 2nd bedroom, bathroom.

THE SPACE:
Stone Flat is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in an ancient building with an internal courtyard, very quiet. It was recently renovated and equipped with every appliance for the comfort of guests. As soon as you enter you find the open kitchen with all appliances, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher. In the living area there is a sofa bed, books and television to relax after a day of shopping or visiting museums. Continuing on there is the double bedroom, very quiet, with a large wardrobe and desk. A second bedroom offers a French bed and a desk for working remotely. In the newly renovated bathroom there is a spacious shower and towel warmer. For those who need it, there is an outside, enclosed room to leave luggage after checking out.
The spaces in the Stone Flat house have been optimised for a pleasant stay without giving anything up, in fact, there are also wardrobe wardrobes for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed WiFi and air conditioning complete the offer.
PLEASE NOTE: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire three-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor in a context of period buildings and typical railing houses.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in via the Vikey system: the door in the street opens digitally.
A charged mobile phone with an active data connection is required.
Access instructions, with explanatory video, are sent AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To open the flat door, take the keys from the numeric combination box. The code to open the box will be provided to you two days before your arrival.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM with telephone assistance until 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily by 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION:
No.Lo. (Nord Loreto) is located between the bridges over the tracks of the Central Station and Viale Monza and Via Padova north of Piazzale Loreto. NoLo is the trendy neighbourhood for the city's creative class and urban subcultures, full of tasty restaurants, cheap bars and talented graffiti on its walls. It has the best arthouse cinema in Milan, as well as bicycle shops, vegan cafés, Peruvian restaurants and rainbow squares.

GETTING AROUND THE AREA:
The area is well served by surface transport to the centre and other neighbourhoods: surface buses 53, 56, 62 and 87; red metro line Rovereto stop where at Loreto you change line for Centrale or Garibaldi stations or continue to Duomo, Brera, Cadorna.
