URBAN RELAX: charming two-room apartment in the Moscova area x3
ApartmentDescription
In the lively Chinatown, in an old building, is the three-room apartment on the 1st floor with lift. Perfect for family or friends, it is furnished in typical Milanese taste: surprising and colourful design in an old house. Bright, overlooking via Sarpi, in a strategic position for walking and evening nightlife. In the living room a French sofa bed, equipped kitchen, double bedroom, windowed bathroom, large loggia, all brand new. On foot 600 mt to Corso Como and 10' to Parco Sempione.
THE SPACE:
Casa Urban Relax is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in an old building with an internal courtyard, very quiet. It has been maintained as it once was and the floor plan is original, as are the ceilings and windows. As soon as you enter you find the open kitchen with all appliances, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster. To the right is the bedroom, very quiet, with a large wardrobe and small desk. In the living area there is a sofa bed for two and plenty of books and television to relax on after a day of shopping or visiting museums. The window overlooks the picturesque Via Sarpi, the heart of Milan's Chinatown, from where one can begin a mouth-watering exploration of the many Chinese cuisines, with ravioli, ramen and hot pot. Via Sarpi is an ancient shopping street, an example of perfect Italian-Chinese cultural integration, with historic Italian shops and ultra-modern digital technology shops that have made it one of the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods: a movida at all hours of the day.
The spaces in the Sarpi house have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything; in fact, there are even wardrobe wardrobes for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed Wi-FI completes the offer.
PLEASE NOTE: Guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.
ACCESS FOR GUESTS:
Guests will have access to the entire three-room apartment, which is located on the first floor with lift in a context of period buildings and typical railing houses.

MILAN'S CHINATOWN, FIVE EXPERIENCES TO TRY:
1. Stroll down Via Paolo Sarpi, the longest pedestrian street in the city (800 metres) and a real godsend for street food: Bao, Chinese dumplings, Italian ravioli, Mexican tacos, Sicilian cannoli, pick your favourite food and take it away. Then have a drink at the Enoteca Isola (Sardinian!) and you will have made the perfect marriage of ethnic foods!
2. Pay homage to Milanese design: the ADI Design Museum exhibits all the products that have made international design history (M5 Monumentale). And we'll see some good things here in 2023 (spoiler.....)
3. Visit the city's largest open-air museum: the Monumental Cemetery, a place that holds the memory of the people who made the city great, with mausoleums that are works of art in their own right. There are guided tours and I recommend you do it, it is a truly unusual journey into the art of the tombs of Milanese families (and a colony of cats!).
4. Take a break in the community gardens named after Lea Garofalo, an oasis of calm near the triangular skyscraper that houses Microsoft and the Feltrinelli Foundation. One of the places to skate or take the kids on scooters safely. And you're just a few metres from Corso Como and Eataly.
5. Have a drink in the buzz on Via Cesariano, a little square where locals like to gather in front of a series of bars and taverns at happy hour. A little square where young families with children can be found, playing quietly while their parents splash around. In all seasons.
MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
From Casa Urban Relax you can move on foot or by tram to the centre (12 and 14 on Via Bramante), or reach the Moscova stop (line 2) on foot in ten minutes.
