Modern two-room apartment in quiet and elegant residential setting. The apartment on the second floor with elevator has a bright open space, with large private terrace, with air conditioning, sofa bed and kitchenette equipped with oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and induction cooktop. The bedroom has a double bed and two single bunk beds. Finally, the bathroom is windowed with a shower stall, washing machine and sanitary ware.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire apartment on the 1st floor with an elevator.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
Case Ospitali staff is available to guests for reservation, check-in, check-out and any contact needs before and during the stay.
A few days prior to the start of your stay, communicate your approximate arrival time and agree on the actual check-in time by contacting the contact information found in your reservation confirmation email.
Please note that the scheduled times are: check-in 15 - 20, with appointment to be agreed the day before arrival; late check-in € 20.00 available upon advance request and subject to availability; check-out by 10 am.


PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL:
This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmed reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests.
A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest.
Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and eventual payment of the STAY TAX will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.

CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10:00 a.m.

CLEANING:
A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Hospitable Homes.

NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited within the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A penalty will be charged in case of violation.

WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay.
