The sleeping area consists of a traditional bedroom and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect to accommodate up to four people. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking like at home. The windowed bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and all sanitary ware.
Designed for families and professionals, the apartment also offers a children's play corner and a desk perfect for smart working.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
This facility requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your reservation you will receive an email in which there is a link to perform it by entering the data of all guests.
A photo of the ID and a selfie with the ID visible is required for the primary guest.
Signature of the TOURIST LEASING CONTRACT and eventual payment of the STAY TAX will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as required by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility provides check-in in attendance from 15:00 to 20:00.
Advance notice of arrival time is required to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. is available upon advance request for an extra fee to be paid on site upon arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10:00 am.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or linen change during your stay is not included. All reservations longer than 15 days require an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Hospitable Homes.
- NO SMOKING STRUCTURE:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A penalty will be charged in case of violation.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit of amenities with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, bubble bath and shampoo for your first day's stay.

The house is located on Via Olgettina, near a small public park, a tobacco bar and a Neapolitan pizzerai. A Carrefour and the 925 bus stop to San Raffaele Hospital are a short distance away.
