THE SPACE:
Casa Janas is a five-minute walk from the Pagano metro station, line 1, and ten minutes from Wagner, via Piazza Piemonte.

The skilful optimisation of the space has created a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, 32-inch smart TV, a dining area with table and six chairs, a kitchen wall with a large cupboard (there are plates, dishes, kettle, Nescafè Dolce Gusto, fridge with freezer, oven, induction plate, dishwasher).
From the living room there is access to a large balcony on Via Pirandello.
The master bedroom has a large 4-door wardrobe and a small balcony on a quiet inner courtyard.
The small bedroom has a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk for smart working. Here too, the internal view ensures peace and quiet even in the middle of the day.
The newly redone bathroom has a large shower, sanitary ware and washer-dryer.
There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes horse.
The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been thought out to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment, whether you are travelling on business or just passing through to visit the city.
The flat is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. You will find courtesy kit and hairdryer in the bathroom, towels and bed linen available for your stay.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire flat which is located on the 2nd floor with lift.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.

- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility provides for check-in in presence from 3PM to 8PM.
It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance in order to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request with an extra charge to be paid in cash on arrival.

- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.

- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.

- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.

- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.
