Continuing into the sleeping area, we find the large windowed bathroom, with sanitary fittings, shower cubicle and heated towel rail. At the end is the cosy double bedroom with a capacious wardrobe. A second bedroom can accommodate two friends. A balcony with veranda houses the laundry area with washing machine and dryer. The spaces in the Happy Family house have been designed and optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there are also wardrobe wardrobes for those staying for a longer period. Air conditioning and free Wi-FI complete the offer.

This property provides in-person check-in from 3PM to 8PM.
It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance in order to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM, is available on request in advance and subject to availability with an extra charge of €25 payable in cash on arrival.
Check-out is by 10AM.
For all bookings longer than 15 days an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to the host.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
Porta Leopolda, dating back to 1285, is one of the oldest surviving city gates. It takes its name from the square in front of it known as Il Prato (The Meadow). In fact, in ancient times this area was not paved and was kept that way for the weekly cattle market.
You can get to CASA Happy Family by Bus, Train or Tram, these are the lines: 23L, 30A, 322 A, CF (Bus), R (Train), T1 (Tram)
The flat is 200 metres from the Leopolda, in front of the Maggio Musicale Theatre and the Tramway Line T2 Porta al Prato/Leopolda stop, 2 Km from the historical centre and 1 Km from the Santa Maria Novella Central Station.
