THE SPACE:
Casa Francesca is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
It is a three-room apartment on the 4th floor with lift, with a living room, a double bedroom, a study with a single sofa bed, a kitchen-living room and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. A nice balcony gives light to the whole house and there is a garage for the car on request. The second bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. In the flat there is air conditioning, free wifi and two smart TVs. In the kitchen the Nespresso machine for coffee and all appliances are available for preparing meals and breakfast. The flat is in a quiet residential area with large communal spaces and is perfect for short or long stays, for a family, work colleagues or a group of friends.
The spaces in Casa Francesca have been designed and optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything; in fact, there are also spacious wardrobes for those staying for a longer period. Air conditioning and free Wi-FI complete the offer.
Area well served by public transport (bus Z402 leading to Cernusco Sul Naviglio M2 metro station and Pioltello-Limito railway station - trains to Milan and Rho Fiera, bus 965 connecting Pioltello to Milan, Piazzale Loreto).

ATTENTION: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment, which is located on the fourth floor with lift in a modern building context.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
Case Ospitali staff are available to guests for booking, check-in, check-out and for any contact needs before and during their stay.
A few days before the beginning of your stay, please communicate your approximate arrival time and agree on the actual check-in time by contacting the contact details you will find in your booking confirmation email.
Please note that the scheduled times are:
- check-in 3PM - 8PM, with appointment to be agreed the day before arrival;
- late check-in € 25,00 available upon advance request and subject to availability.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is mandatory by 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

MOVING AROUND THE AREA:
The flat is located near the historic centre of Pioltello within walking distance of shops and supermarkets. It is also within walking distance of the weekly local market which takes place on Saturday mornings.
The flat is easily accessible by car. Free parking spaces are available on the street, or a garage can be requested on request for a fee.
