In the sunny condominium in viale Martesana is Casa di Bibi, a spacious two-room apartment with everything you need for a memorable stay. On the 5th floor with lift, from the living room you go out to the large loggia for dining en plein air. The double bedroom has a capacious wardrobe, there is a bathroom with hydro-massage shower, laundry area, parquet flooring and classy furnishings, car parking on the street, pet friendly, 2 TV systems and air conditioning. The comfortable sofa bed accommodates two guests.
THE SPACE:
Casa Bibi is part of the Case Ospitali, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a recent building, very quiet, and the owner is a person with great experience in hospitality. Casa Bibi is located in a green and well-serviced area, ideal for short or longer stays. You can comfortably accommodate four people with your pet in tow. Upon entering, one enters the living room with an open kitchen and access to the loggia. The living room becomes a second bedroom by opening up the sofa bed for two. The open kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, hood, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and everything included in the CaseOspitali welcome kit.
From the living room there is access to a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, separate rubbish collection area, brooms and cleaning tools. The bedroom has a large wardrobe, a second TV, bedside tables and a French door for plenty of light. The bathroom with window is comfortable and functional and equipped with a washbasin, WC, bidet, shower cabin with hydro massage and towel warmer.
The flat is easily accessible by car, also because it is always possible to park in the large free car park next door. Very close by there is a park along the Naviglio, ideal for walks in the green or bike rides, and there is also an electric charging station 130 metres away and the LIDL car park
The spaces in Casa di Bibi's have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything, in fact, there are also wardrobe wardrobes for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed Wi-Fi and AC complete the offer.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment with loggia which is located on the 5th floor with lift, in a recently built residential context.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
It is compulsory to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Upon confirmation of your booking you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in, i.e. entry in complete autonomy. Instructions will be sent two days before arrival.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM, with remote assistance until 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A fine will be charged in the event of violation.
- PETS:
Pets allowed for a fee upon request and subject to availability.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.
NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
The neighborhood of Viale Martesana, in Vimodrone, is a quiet and green residential area, perfect for those who want to stay in a relaxing environment but well connected to Milan. A beautiful bicycle and pedestrian path runs along the Naviglio Martesana, ideal for outdoor walks, jogging or bicycle rides surrounded by nature.
Within walking distance are supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and all major services, as well as several public parks and children's playgrounds.
The Vimodrone subway station (Green Line M2) is within easy walking distance and makes it possible to reach the center of Milan in about 20 minutes, making this area also perfect for those moving for work or study.
The proximity to San Raffaele Hospital, university hubs and Linate Airport (reachable in about 15 minutes by car) makes the neighborhood strategic for both short stays and longer stays. Despite being close to major urban links, the area maintains a serene and familiar atmosphere, ideal for those seeking a quiet stay without sacrificing convenience.
