Spacious two-room apartment with kitchen for 5 persons with one bedroom, living room with sofa bed and a loft (overlooking the rooms below) with a bed and office area. The kitchen/dining room is separate. In total 65 sqm in old Milan building on MM1 De Angeli, only 5 stops to Castello, in the well-known Marghera area, full of restaurants and shops. Close to Citylife and the centre, with parquet and wood everywhere, air conditioning, concierge, all comforts.

THE SPACE:
Comfortably accommodating 5 people, it is located on the second floor with lift of a beautiful period house from the early 1900s. The entrance leads directly into the large kitchen with a functional peninsula dining table, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, electric and microwave oven and washing machine.
The living room is mezzanine: a comfortable double sofa bed and two wicker armchairs make a pleasant TV/relaxation area.
A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine area (height approx. 1.60 m) where there is a practical study area in correspondence with the living room, and a wardrobe and wardrobe area in correspondence with the double bedroom. The wardrobe overlooks the double bedroom below, and the study overlooks the living room below.
The double bedroom is accessed from the living room, and there is a walk-in wardrobe and shoe cupboard.
The bathroom with window is equipped with a bathtub/shower.
The flat has parquet flooring throughout and is equipped with an armoured door and shutters.
The heating system is autonomous, air conditioning is in the living room (communicating with the other rooms).
ATTENTION: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to all spaces in the flat on the second floor with the elevator. The balcony is also used by the owner who lives at the back and therefore cannot be occupied by objects.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
This property requires you to complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
Signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility provides for check-in in presence from 3PM to 8PM.
It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in advance in order to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request with an extra charge to be paid in cash on arrival.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days, an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION:
The De Angeli - Frua neighbourhood is one of the most beautiful residential areas of the city and very well connected to the city centre and the Rho Fair. Staying in this house means having a typical "Milanese ringhiera house" experience and enjoying one of the most commercial districts of the city. The metro allows you to reach Piazza Duomo in just a few stops.
In Via Marghera and Via Raffaello Sanzio there are many restaurants and quality shops. A few steps lead to Piazza Wagner where there is a well-stocked covered municipal market with many fresh products and numerous bars and pastry shops. Continuing on, you arrive in Corso Vercelli, one of the city's most fashionable arteries: Zara, Coin, Benetton, Max&Co, Gallo, Lacoste, La Perla are some of the most renowned clothing shops.

GETTING AROUND THE AREA
Conveniently take the metro, red line, De Angeli stop to reach the centre or change at Cadorna for the green line to the train stations (Centrale, Garibaldi). At Duomo you can take the yellow line to Porta Romana and the south of Milan. Tram no. 16 to the centre is convenient. A ten-minute walk takes you to CityLife and the huge shopping mall, cinemas and restaurants.
