La Casa di Cri&Eli is a modern three-room flat on floor 1 in a quiet area surrounded by greenery: the Rubattino area. Just a 15-minute walk from Lambrate station, the flat is a 5-minute drive from the Istituto dei Tumori and 10 minutes from the San Raffaele Hospital. Recently renovated and furnished, it has all the features you will appreciate for a short or longer stay: a large living room with open kitchen and smart TV, a double bedroom with balcony and a twin bedroom with single beds that can be combined with a 2nd TV, a windowed bathroom with bathtub for shower use and a large storage room. The property is equipped with air conditioning, internet and all kitchen equipment. It is ideal accommodation for longer stays because it has all the comforts of home: washing machine, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, toaster, espresso machine, gas cooker, hoover, smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and independent heating, as well as bed linen and towels. On the terrace you can eat on the table under the parasol, in a well-protected privacy zone.
There is the possibility of parking a car in the property garage on P-1, on request; the parking dimensions are 2.5x5 metres, we advise you to check the dimensions of the car you are travelling with.
Close to the house is a quiet public park, a square with an ice cream parlour, fast food, Poke, Neapolitan pizzeria and a tobacco bar. Very close to the Esselunga supermarket, pharmacy and Mediaworld. Surrounded by greenery and tranquillity, it is the ideal place to stay in the city with the advantages of a lush park (near the former factory of the famous Lambretta motorbike).
ATTENTION: guests are advised that air conditioning is only available from 1 June to 30 September.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire flat which is located on the 1st floor with lift.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
This property requires mandatory completion of ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our guests will be transmitted to the Police as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.

- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This property provides in-person check-in from 3PM to 8PM.
Advance notice of arrival time is required to arrange key delivery.
Late check-in between 8PM and 11PM is available upon advance request for an extra charge to be paid in cash on arrival.

- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsorily before 10AM.

- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. All bookings longer than 15 days require the payment of an additional intermediate cleaning fee to be paid directly to Case Ospitali.

- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. A fine will be charged in the event of violation.

- PETS:
Pets are allowed for a fee upon request and subject to availability.

- PARKING / GARAGE:
Available for a fee upon request.

- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.
