Casa Andrea: period hospitality and great relaxation for 3 (Cernusco sul Naviglio)

Just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, in the centre of town, is Casa Andrea, a typical Italian flat, converted from an old courtyard courtyard in the Lombard villages of the early 1900s, Corte del Cumet. It has a cosy double bedroom and a windowed bathroom with all sanitary facilities, a large living room and a well-equipped kitchen, in a quiet, well-serviced central area. It is a comfortable accommodation, perfect for three: entering the courtyard, time seems to go back centuries.

THE SPACE:
Casa Andrea is part of the Case Ospitali network, a network of flats managed by hospitality professionals.
The flat is in a typical Lombard ‘casa di corte’, i.e. a one-storey type of dwelling built around a farmyard or courtyard and forming, as an aggregation of several houses, the central nucleus of the village. Casa Andrea is the ideal comfortable base for those seeking an authentic stay away from the metropolis but, at the same time, Milan is perfectly connected by metro.
The two-room apartment has all the comforts of home, in the typical architectural style of houses in the provinces of northern Italy. As soon as you enter you find the living room with the relaxation area with sofa, smart TV, open kitchen and dining area. For your stay you will find an espresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator. In the master bedroom you will find a cosy bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The bathroom is windowed with a large modern shower, toilet and bidet. There is a washing machine and a stone sink leaning against a mirror.
From Casa Andrea you can walk all around the village and visit the villas, churches and palaces with gardens. The location allows ample freedom to reach all the shops in a few minutes.
Case Ospitali welcomes guests with a welcome kit with coffee, tea and sugar, soaps, detergents and shower gel for the first day at home.
The spaces in Casa Andrea have been optimised for a pleasant stay, without giving up anything; in fact, there is even a wardrobe wardrobe for those staying for a longer period. Free high-speed Wi-Fi completes the offer.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire two-room apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

- BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
You must complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION (online check-in).
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to do this by entering the details of all guests.
For the main guest, a photo of the document and a selfie with the document visible is required.
The signature of the TOURIST LETTING CONTRACT and the payment of the STAY TAX, if applicable, will be required.
Online check-in must be done at least 3 days prior to arrival, except for last minute bookings.
The personal data of our kind guests will be transmitted to the Police Headquarters as provided for by the LR n°27 of 1/10/2015 of the Lombardy Region and processed exclusively for the purposes inherent to the service and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- ACCESS TO THE FACILITY:
This facility is equipped with self check-in, so it is possible to enter independently by taking the keys from a numerical combination box.
The code to open the box will be provided to you two days before your arrival.
It is necessary to communicate your arrival time in order to prepare the house.
Please note that check-in times are from 3PM to 11PM with telephone assistance from the staff until 9PM.
- CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is compulsory by 10AM.
- CLEANING:
A cleaning service or change of linen during the stay is not included. For all bookings longer than 15 days an additional intermediate cleaning fee must be paid directly to Case Ospitali.
- NON-SMOKING FACILITY:
Smoking is prohibited inside the facility, both in the common areas and in the room. In case of violation a fine will be charged.
- WELCOME KIT:
We offer our guests a welcome kit with detergent tabs, coffee capsules, tea and sugar sachets, soap, shower gel and shampoo for your first day's stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
For those unfamiliar with it, Cernusco sul Naviglio is a real discovery: it is one of the most beautiful and lively towns in the Milanese hinterland, from which it is about 15 km away, and with which it is connected via the MM2 Green Line metro line (30 minutes to Central Station). Discover a town on a human scale, with a beautiful historic centre, about 50 km of cycle paths and plenty of greenery. The park alongside the Naviglio della Martesana is welcoming and well-kept, and gives sports enthusiasts the opportunity to enjoy the many spaces available.
As it is located in a residential area, the flat is easy to reach by car, also because free parking is always available in the neighbouring streets. Otherwise, it is possible to reach Casa Lumiere on foot, bearing in mind that it is 15 minutes and 1.3 km from the city centre of Cernusco sul Naviglio and about 20 minutes and 1.9 km from the Milan underground station MM2 Green Line.

Just a 5-minute walk away is the metro stop of the green line, which takes you to Milan in half an hour.
